Altus Partners

The founder of Altus Partners chose the scallop shell as his international insurance company’s logo since it is the symbol of protection & strength.  Because of its presence on Fishers Island, NY, and similar affluent communities, the Altus partners and their clients have a vested interest in coastal living and the lifestyle to which it is tied.  Since the Altus client base is young and old, it was Jay’s design intent to create work and meeting spaces that combine contemporary with traditional design elements.  He created, framed & installed two unique board room collections that, by board room standards, are unique, visually stunning and subtly nod to the company’s corporate color, symbol and style of the Altus client.
