From Center City Philadelphia to its suburbs of Chestnut Hill, Doylestown, Blue Bell and beyond, Jay has had the opportunity to work with many gifted restauranteurs and the different sides of cocktails & cuisine.   To create ambience & atmosphere and the right ‘look & feel,’ restaurant & bar projects frequently become a study in visual branding & story telling.  Restaurants and bars provide the perfect settings for celebrating community, local histories, the former use of a building or the establishment’s style of cooking or cocktail making.  Whether working with historic photographs & amazing artifacts or the clever, imaginative photography of Ian Campbell, Jay’s design focus for restaurants & bars is to create an amazing sense of place for these artists, their patrons and memorable experiences of dining and cocktailing.   From local taverns & pubs to white linen tablecloth dining, PALLADIO has worked to create settings that makes restaurant & bar owners proud of their establishments & their brand and places that repeat patrons enjoy on a repeated basis.
